Hi! I have 1810-1818 Baltimore registers. Perhaps have you some more additional data. The US measurment system was nearly similar as that to UK, but the resulting numer was divided by 95 not by 94. It is the same VITTORIA listed in 1814 register as a ship rigged sharp American Prize 330t built 1812 ...

I think some captains served before Ravolution in the Ottoman Navy. I know the history that the Ottoman frigate wasat London , when the Revolution began, and then the Greeks served on the frigate, lefther.
