And that 3 Spanifh Men of War returning from Naples, met 3 Algerine Corfairs off Carthagena, one of which laft of 40 Guns, was fo maul'd, that fiie loon funk, after the Spaniards had releafed 24 Chriftian Slaves, and made Slaves of 160 Turks or Moors.

From the London Gazette, June 21. Hague, June 25.

Mr. Somerfdike has by a Letter to the states, confirmed the News we received here fome Days ago, of his having forced a Ground and deftroyed, in Sight of Larache, an Algerine Ship of 50 Guns, which is faid to have been ihe Admiral or Vice-Admiral of Algiers.
