If you use the captures tab on Three Decks there are 2,662 captures of French vessesl by the British listed. It's a start.

The London Gazette published lists of captured enemy vessels sent to the Admiralty by fleet commanders.

Thus the London Gazette of 8 September 1804 has a long list of enemy vessels captured by Commodore Samuel Hood's fleet based at the Leeward Islands between 1 January 1804 and 30 June 1804.
