Can I post an image to help identify flags

Part of a newly discovered painting probable dating between 1770 and 1779 includes a ship about to be launched from Plymouth Dockyard. I am trying to identify the flags and standards being flown. Can I attach an image? Copyright is not an issue. I have Timothy Wilson's "Flags at Sea" but am struggling!
